


Week 1: September 5 to September 11, 2019
Let's eat Nasi Uduk!
On September 05, 2019. We had our first dinner date with our Indonesian buddies namely; Ka Nurul Amali and Abang Syahira Antoni at one of the local restaurant in Banda Aceh. We had enjoyed eating the Indonesian delicacy, nasi uduk.

It was around 7:30 PM of September 05 of this year, when I experienced my first dinner at one of the local restaurant in the City of Banda Aceh with my Indonesian buddies namely; Ka Nurul Amali and Abang Syahira Antoni. Likewise, my first dinner date with my co-participants in SEA-Teacher namely; Jorem Lampago and Charlene Mae Mora. During the night, we shared many stories about our flight experiences going to Banda Aceh. It was a great chance for me to start knowing good people in the city.

During the night, we ordered Nasi Uduk as our meal. It is a tasteful Rice, fried chicken, vegetables hot sauce, and chili. This delicious food only cost 18,000 rupiah or 80 pesos.

Experienced the Free service of Public Transportation
Earlier of September 6, 2019. I’d been given a chance to experienced riding on the public transportation in the City of Banda Aceh, Indonesia. It was a great experience because for the first time, I’d used experienced their free public transportation. The bus is so clean, has proper ventilation, and easily accessible.
The Beauty of Baiturrahaman Grand Mosque
Last September 6, 2019, one of our Indonesian buddy namely Syahira Antoni accompanied us to visit and witness the majestic beauty of Baiturrahaman Grand Mosque. It was indeed an amazing experienced as I witness the beauty of the place, people and culture of Acehnese for the first time.

It is indeed, a great feeling to experienced the free public transportation in the City of Banda Aceh. The bus is so clean, with proper ventilation, easy to access, and comfortable to all passengers. How I wish our country could have also free transportation for Filipinos or Bicolanos. :-)

Riding on the free public transportation with my Indonesian buddy, Abang Syahira Antoni and my co-SEA Teacher participant Jorem Lampago. It was a memorable travel as I get to learn some of the places in the City proper.

Our Indonesian buddy, Abang Toni accompanied us to Baiturrahman Grand Mosque, early morning of September 06, 2019. Together with my co- SEA Teacher participant, Jorem Lampago; we used to share good moments as we talked about religion and Indonesian cultures.

Visiting one of the beautiful beach in Aceh; Lampuuk Beach last September 8, 2019 (Sunday) with my co SEA - Teacher participants Jorem and Charlene. During the day, one of our Indonesian buddy, Nurul Amali accompanied us to enjoy the place.

One of the many things that God had given to Acehnese are the beautiful places to be visited where everyone can have a bonding and build human relationship. Lampuuk beach is such a beautiful disaster.

Had the chance to taste the Acehnese seafoods at Lampuuk beach. It was so tasteful, delicious, and has touched of spiciness. This delicious seafood is good for 5 - 7 persons and only cost around 200,000 rupiah.

On the same week, we had visited Lampuuk beach with Ka Nurul and her friends. We had a great moments and talks as we share eating Seafoods.
